ZKB believes in making returns effortless. We want to ensure that we make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible. We are more than happy to accept your returns in exchange for store credit to be used towards a future purchase. Cancellations are NOT accepted.

Items returned within 5 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for store credit. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returned item that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 20% FEE or Ineligibility to receive store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
